This preliminary notice describes the public frontend and demonstration. A complete production privacy policy must be finalized before customer and subscriber data are collected.
Public website
This frontend serves product information and sample interfaces. Hosting providers may process standard technical access logs as part of operating the site.
Interactive Campaign Studio
The demonstration uses fictional example offices and listings. Draft saving uses your browser’s local storage. Drafts are not transmitted to a LISTRALLY account or shared across devices. You may remove them using browser storage controls.
No live listing email distribution
The demonstration does not transmit campaign email, accept payment, contact MLS systems or send your input to a live AI service by default.
Future account and subscriber practices
Before production activation, LISTRALLY will publish a full policy covering identity data, brokerage affiliation, recipient permissions, external service providers, retention, user requests and contact details.
Data from MLS rosters
Roster information will not be treated as evidence that a member opted into listing marketing. Any identity verification use is subject to applicable agreements and separate controls.
